WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I WANT IS NOT AVAILABLE?

Sometimes a particular item is very popular and we run out quickly.  However, we do try to restock as quickly as we possibly can, and if you send us an email with the item and your contact info, we will notify you as soon as it is available.

We have a large selection of items and would be delighted to review our stock with you to find just what you need for your order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PACK AND SHIP MY ORDER?

You will receive an email confirming your order.  We endeavour to pack all orders ready for shipment by the next business day. 

By courier or hand delivery:  Please allow 2 business days for delivery

By Canada Post:  contingent upon Canada Post delivery schedule – usually within 3 to 5 business days

For all personalized or customized orders we will contact you by email with delivery information. 

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

We ship all orders by Canada Post, UPS or Fedex for shipping, food items or plants may be hand delivered or sent by courier

CUSTOM COOKIES ORDERS

We handle all our custom cookies orders personally, by email -  not through our online shopping cart.
